@general Every month you need to reconnect your BrightID. This is why many users are having claiming issues. Please follow these steps: 1. Click “3, Link Your BrightID & Start Claiming” 2. Scan your BrightID & refresh the page. 3. Click the “verify” button. 4. Now you can claim again.
